TMR is a proven corrective exercise technique designed to restore symmetry within the body by using motions that feel good to "fix" movements that don't feel good. We teach you the six basic movements, called the FAB 6, to test your upper body, trunk, and lower body for imbalances. Then, using the three TMR Rules, you’ll learn how to use movement as a tool to fix yourself, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Many clients experience a 30-50% reduction in pain in just 30-45 minutes of trying TMR.
Unlike traditional physical therapy, we do not provide PT services or schedule frequent in-person visits. Instead, we offer self-paced virtual programming with 1:1 coaching via secure messaging and nearly weekly group workshops for real-time feedback and support—if desired. This flexible approach allows you to take control of your pain relief and mobility on your own time, without the hassle of scheduling appointments. Additionally, we address all influencers on total body healing and wellness by sharing nutrition education about anti-inflammatory foods, supplements for joint support, the impact of sleep on recovery and performance, and more to help you optimize your overall well-being.
If you are an outdoor enthusiast struggling with persistent pain, mobility issues, or stiffness, and you want a flexible, proven solution without office visits, this program is designed for you. In addition to addressing pain and mobility, this program supports your whole well-being, including sleep, nutrition, activity centered around your goals, chemical-free living, and stress management—all key influencers on total body healing and wellness. Plus, as long as you remain a member, you will receive all updates and new content to continuously support your journey to lasting health and mobility.
Yes! You can track your sleep, nutrition, activity, metrics, and mindset/mood. You can even integrate wearable technology like Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura Ring. Plus, the more you track, the more we can coach you!
No special equipment is required! The program focuses on bodyweight exercises and corrective movements that can be done anywhere. However, as you make progress and set new goals, you may choose to incorporate additional equipment. We provide product recommendations within the program based on affordability without sacrificing quality. For example, we offer suggestions for self-massage tools, resistance-type equipment such as weights, balls, and bands. You don’t have to belong to a gym, but if you do, we can also make recommendations on how to best utilize gym equipment to support your progress. Additionally, we can coach you on aquatic exercises if you have access to a pool or help you choose the best accessory equipment for a group yoga class!

Once you sign up for a coaching package, you will receive an email with instructions to create your Client Portal in our wellness app. Upon activating your portal, you will get immediate access to the Get FIT! On-Demand virtual program and can begin working toward your goals. You will also be able to book your first Group Workshop—spaces are currently limited to 10 people, so it is recommended that you book as soon as you sign up.If you choose the Group Workshop-only option, you won’t have access to the virtual program. Instead, you will be directed to book the date and time of the group workshop you wish to attend.
